ABOUT NAFUMBA
Nafumba is a pan-african business registered and currently headquartered in Harare, Zimbabwe. It is a subsidiary of Vakakumusha Ltd which is registered in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
Nafumba is derived from the Swahili word "Nafuu" (which means affordable) and the Shona word "Imba" (which means house) and is dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions to Africans across Africa and the rest of the world.
For every 30 houses built, Nafumba provides a completely free house to a deserving individual within the continent.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
Zimbabwe's urban population has grown by over 25% in the last decade, with Harare facing a housing deficit of over 1.25 million units. In the region, DRC faces a deficit of over 4 million units. Tanzania has a backlog of 3 million units, South Africa, 2.1 million units whilst Zambia needs to build 300,000 units before 2030.
